How to use

• Prep your lips before using the Timeless Matte Liquid Lipstick.
• For a flawless finish and fuller looking lips use the applicator as a lip liner before filling your lips.
• The super hydrating formula is a one swiper. For a darker look, a double coat will do.
• As this one is a multi-tasker, you can also apply it as a blush or an eye shadow.
